Bizagi Studio Server system requirements
Overview
Bizagi Studio offers two primary installation setups:
- Quick Start Setup: Installs everything needed for Bizagi Studio locally on your machine. This is ideal for individual use, demos, or prototypes.
- Teamwork Collaboration Setup: Configures Bizagi Studio to allow multiple users to collaborate on process automation in a corporate environment.
Important Considerations

SQL Server Express 2017 Compatibility:
- Not compatible with Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008.
- You can install a different compatible SQL Server version independently.

C++ Redistributable 2017 Conflict:
- SQL Server Express 2017 cannot be installed if the C++ Redistributable 2017 is installed. Uninstall it before installation and reinstall it afterward if needed.

- Additional Components:
- Bizagi Studio includes Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8.
- Oracle Data Provider for .NET (if using Oracle database).
Quick Start Setup
This standalone setup installs all required components locally. Ideal for first-time users or individual projects.

- 2 cores or more
- 2.4 GHz recommended, or higher
- Screen Resolution:
- Minimum 1024 x 768
- Display set to 100% DPI

- Windows 10, 8.1, Server 2019, 2016, 2012 R2 (latest Service Packs required)
- Database:
- Local SQL Server 2017 (Express edition recommended)
- Optionally, use other supported databases.

- Local IIS Express 8

- Chrome 24+, Firefox 19+, Edge 79+ (Chromium)
- Framework:
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8
Network and Proxy Configuration
Add these domains to your corporate proxy, firewall exceptions, and trusted browser sites:

Note: Use HTTPS if using Chrome version 84.0.4147.105 or higher.
Virtual Machine Host Settings
For projects on virtual machines (e.g., vSphere, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS):
- Ensure high-speed disks are used, especially for the database server.
- Reserve adequate memory, CPU, and other resources for each virtual machine.
Language and Regional Settings
Bizagi does not support Turkish language operating systems or machine settings. Ensure the regional configuration excludes the Turkish language (tr, tr-TR).
